Returns for any items damaged in shipping will be promptly honored by our printing partner, LumaPrints. While our partner does everything possible to ensure. your print arrives safely, sometimes accidents happen. LumaPrints offers hassle-free replacements for orders damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged simply send a picture of the damaged print and LumaPrints will replace it at no charge and with no requirement of returning the damaged goods - saving you a trip to the post office.

Due to our deeply discounted subscription rates and drop-ship business model, we do not offer replacements for non-damaged goods. Likewise, subscription terms offered vary from one to twelve months ensuring the right option for every customer. Once a subscription is purchased, and the discount recognized, subscriptions cannot be cancelled for a refund.
